Do you provide next day delivery anywhere in the UK?
Yes, we do. If your order is urgent then please let us know and we’ll ensure you get it,
exactly when you need it.

Do I have to pay a small order charge?
No, unless you don’t have an account with us and we’ll quote delivery at the point of ordering. We do monitor and work with our customers to increase order size wherever possible thus minimising our customers impact on the environment inline with our ISO14001 accreditations. The larger your order size, the better our terms are!

Can you provide Consolidated Invoicing?
Yes, for most of our larger customers this is the only practical way of billing. We can also use your own cost centres against each product so you can split out your spend to apportion it internally on your accounting system.

Can you accommodate a special delivery requirement?
Yes, we pride ourselves on our flexible delivery structure in order to meet the needs of our customers. We can deliver to desktop, floor or even staff homes if needed. Please speak to your account manager and he will be happy to help.

Do you have a recycled products catalogue?
Yes, we supply over 3000 recycled products and more than 10,000 have some form of environmental accreditation. Please ask us for more details. Do you collect toner cartridges for recycling? Yes, we will be happy to facilitate your toner recycling. Any proceeds earned by us will go directly to charity. Please ask us for a recycled toner box.

How do I setup a credit account?
Fill in the account setup form in the Customer Services tab at the top of the website.

What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30 days net.

How do I order a catalogue?
Press the catalogue on the home page and follow the instructions.
